Meet the Pastor
The commitment of the staff and leadership at FBC Valley View is at the heart of what makes us a living, thriving church. Our staff and many volunteers are dedicated to serving the community and strengthening the impact of our church on the community of Valley View's lives.
Pastor Evan Maier is a passionate follower and lover of Jesus Christ. He is a native Texan and he grew up only about 20 minutes from Valley View. His rich love for history and artifacts have fueled his passion for teaching others about Christ. He has a Master of Arts in Archeology and Biblical Studies. He has been to Israel on archeological digs numerous times and recounts his findings and uses his boots on the ground knowledge of the location, terrain, culture, climate and more to immerse the family of FBC Valley View into the Bible as we learn more about Jesus. He also has a huge heart for missions at home and overseas. He also loves people. It is so very evident as you get to know him. We invite you to get to know our pastor and our church as a whole.
